The Design: A modern, Japandi-inspired interior focused on intentional minimalism. The space features clean lines, a neutral palette, and custom cabinetry paired with natural wood tones.

The Science: Engineered specifically for the demands of Climate Zone 6, this custom residential build features a high-performance, airtight envelope utilizing advanced moisture management. Key Features:

• Heating/cooling: Cold-Climate Air Source Heat Pumps (ccASHP)
• Integrated Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV). Acts as the "lungs" of a modern, airtight home, continuously providing clean, fresh air.
• Whole-house smart vapor barrier provides an airtight envelope (Rothoblaas Clima 145).
• Carbon backwashing filter and reverse osmosis (RO) point of use system for domestic water.
• Heat pump water heater paired with a pressure and temperature sensing recirculation hot water pump.
